NaNoWriMo – Week 3

I’m not going to mince words here.  I’m pretty sure I’ve failed at this year’s NaNoWriMo, at least from the perspective of word count.  I’ve had several false starts.  I’ve had the kind of brain freeze that only a Trump victory could induce.  I can’t find the remote for my DVD player.  That last one has been a particularly hard pain to deal with.

This week’s been exhausting as we’re receiving Christmas trees at the gardening center I work at.  Between unloading hundreds of trees off delivery trucks and them mounting them on stands, I’m ready to pass out almost as soon as I get home.

I’m also hoping to make time this weekend to work for freelance writing openings, look into the teaching credentials program at Cal State Northridge on the advice of a professor of mine from college…and shit, I just remembered I was supposed to email one of my other professors days ago.

Anyways, onward and upward.  Or something like that.
